When you use the Kevlex EA Assistant, we may access the following data from your Google account, solely to provide the service:

  • Gmail: Email content and metadata (sender, subject, body) to support email triage and drafting features.
  • Google Calendar: Event details (title, attendees, timing) to support meeting preparation features.
  • Google Profile: Basic account information (name, email address) for identification and personalization.

3. How We Use Your Data

Data accessed from your Google account is used exclusively to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the features of the EA Assistant.
  • Generate AI-assisted responses, summaries, and drafts on your behalf.

We do not:

  • Sell your data to third parties.
  • Use your data for advertising purposes.
  • Share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., AI inference providers under confidentiality agreements).
  • Use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Retention

We do not persistently store the content of your emails or calendar events beyond what is necessary to process each request. Session data is discarded after the operation completes unless you explicitly save output within the add-on.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls to protect your data. We regularly review our security practices.

7. Your Rights

You may revoke the EA Assistant's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access stops all data processing immediately.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
